An Estonian woman with blue-black-white flag under the boot with the text in red "CCCP". It reminds the so-called secret Protocol of the Molotov-Ribbendrop Pact between Soviet Union and Germany, which on 23.08.1939 concluded Estonia into Soviet sphere of influence.
