Eva Bosch's documentary is a portrayal of Picasso's relationships with his female companions through seven works painted in France between 1907 and 1957. The second part contains the historical facts of the Guernica massacre in 1937 and describes the process of how Picasso painted the huge Guernica canvas, which was well documented by his girl-friend Dora Maar's photographs. The documental challenges the accusations of Picasso's misogyny and presents the genius as an isolated man.
