Weinberger Tour of Czech Republic

4 April 2007

Distinguished Czech musicians František Brikcius (cellist) and Tomáš Víšek (pianist) will begin a tour this spring in commemoration of Jewish composer Jaromír Weinberger (1896 - 1967). Their programme (see below) will also include works by the Jewish "Terezín" composers. The Project is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and Roman Onderka, the Mayor of the City of Brno.
