Funding for Audiovisual Festivals

This scheme offers funding to organisers of audiovisual festivals which programme at least 70% of European AV works from at least 10 countries participating in the MEDIA Programme. The budget for this Call for Proposals is €3,5 million and the maximum contribution has been increased to €75,000. However, MEDIA funding is now limited to European films and professionals accompanying them. Applicants are offered an opportunity to apply for a one-year conract, or, for established, stable festivals, a three year framework partnership agreement with the Commission.
