Europa Diary

The 2009-10 homework diary that covers citizenship and sustainability for 15 to 16-year-old students is available free of charge. Order lines close on 31 January 2009. But supplies are limited and orders will be confirmed on a first come first served basis. You will need your unique ordering code on the letter your school should have received. If you would like diaries and do not have a letter please email: iamtomorrow@generation-europe.org.uk. The diaries, together with the teacher's guides, will be distributed in May and June 2009, for use during the 2009-2010 school year.

What is the Europa Diary?

  • It's a practical diary that promotes consumer and environmental education in schools.
  • It covers areas such as managing personal finances, advertising, consumer rights, internet safety, environmental protection and sustainable consumption.
  • It enhances citizenship education by helping young people to make informed, responsible and independent choices. It helps develop confident and active citizens.
  • It informs young people of the social, economic and environmental consequences of their actions.
  • It encourages young people to be aware of the media infl uences they are exposed to.
  • It provides practical tips to help protect the environment.
