EP 2008 Call for proposals

The European Parliament's annual call for proposals has been published on its website.

It covers:

(1) Co-financing informative and awareness-raising Television programmes with the central theme of the 50th anniversary of the European Parliamentary Assembly.

(2) Support to public debates and conferences whose main theme will be either:

• The 50th anniversary of the European Parliamentary Assembly and the role and functioning of the European Parliament, and/or
• 2008 Year of Intercultural Dialogue : Projects which enhance understanding of our cultural diversity, which increase awareness of different cultures and which promote dialogue, with the objective of strengthening a European identity/citizenship which respects and celebrates this diversity.
