Intercultural Dialogue Advent Calendar

To mark the culmination of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue, the London Representation has made possible the production of an on-line advent calendar - Electric December 2008 (ED08). The calendar will be officially launched tonight at a reception in Bristol. http://www.electricdecember.org/08/calendar/

The on-line project will showcase 24 short films and animations by young people (14-21) from across the UK and Europe in the run-up to Christmas 2008. This is the first year that the calendar will include contributions from outside the UK and in languages other than English. As such, it is also serving to promote the policy area of multilingualism!
