Description

Harrow's Central Reference Library - has a small collection of stock for both reference and loan covering European topics.

The Civic Centre Library is also a gateway to the stock held in the other 10 Harrow Libraries.
An enquiry service is provided throughout opening hours for anyone needing information. When the answer to a question cannot be supplied from our own resources we make every effort to obtain it either by contacting a specialised library or institution or by putting you in touch with someone who can help.
The library is on the first floor but is fully accessible by lift for people with physical disabilities.
