The European Commission has had a Representation in Scotland since 1975 and offers advice to public and private organisations, the media and the Scottish public on the nature and impact of EU institutions and policies.
Established in Edinburgh in 1999 as a branch of the UK Office, the European Parliament Office in Scotland aims to help increase awareness of the EP and its activities in Scotland.
Both offices work closely with politicians, national and local interest groups, the media, information providers and the general public.
